History/Sejarah
In an old Dutch building in the center of Gouda has been since 1784 a syrup Waffle bakery located. These photo's of a Bakery are taken in
1880. In the middle you see the wapen of the City Gouda. The recipe of the oldest original Syrup waffle from the Netherlands, become the basis
for the recipe of YanYoo. Traditionally, now more than two hundred years ago, we use this recipe almost equally in Bali. Since 2011 the unique taste
of the real YanYoo Syrup Waffles filled with the best dairy butter syrup is an unforgettable experience. The best quality of ingredients like fresh
cream and dairy butter are a guarantee for the delicious YanYoo's you know and love today. Since then we have maintained the care and tradition
behind the creation of YanYoo's Original to bring you a range of different, yet equally delicious waffles.

Resep tertua asli syrup waffle (stroopwafel bahasa Belanda) dari Belanda, menjadi dasar dari resep YanYoo secara tradisional.
Sekarang lebih dari dua ratus tahun yang lalu, kami menggunakan resep ini hampir sama, tapi kami meracik sesuai dengan selera Asia di Bali.

The Syrup Caramel Original
Logic dictates that you can only make the best product by using the best ingredients. The Original caramel syrup by YanYoo is tasty
homemade. It’s sweet, sticky, buttery, sugary goodness. Liquid gold, as some may call it. After heating the sugar by constantly stirring
we add the dairy butter and Kayu Manis or Cinnamon. This is a spice obtained from the inner bark of several trees from the genus
Cinnamomum. We grinding cinnamon sticks to get "spice a-live" into powderform. Then we add the vanilla from the Bourbon vanilla
bean that we have dried and split and seed. After adding salt we cook the syrup on a low fire and stirring until ready.
A fact of newsworthiness: Until the syrup is ready it takes hour’s of stirring!

Strawberry Syrup

The garden strawberry is a widely grown hybrid species of the genus Fragaria. It is cultivated worldwide for its fruit. The fruit is widely
appreciated for its characteristic aroma, bright red color, juicy texture, and sweetness. Bedugul in Bali is already famed for its Strawberry's.
The high altitude of the location makes it an ideal place to grow strawberry's, they are are the basis for the strawberry extract developed
by YanYoo. An edible gift is one of the most practical yet personal items worth sharing. Before your next backyard cocktail hour or dinner party
